Users are uploading their avtars in user CP but the avtar is not showing in their posts or in their profile.

any thougts?  I haven't changed a thing :-(

I have the latest version (2.2.6) and install went OK. When I try to upload an Avatar, there is no "control" to do so, though the comment states, "You may upload a custom image using the control(s) below.
Enter the URL of an image below" followed with a field requesting a URL location.

Am I not understanding you on this? Did you intend to have a file upload command form here, or is the only way to get an avatar uploaded is to reference the file from another web location (URL) ??

If that was your intention, why not consider adding a file upload form here, so please can look on their computer for an avatar to send?
