I'm Ugo and I come from Italy.

I have installend on my site "UPB public beta 1.0b"

It seems all works fine.. i can manage colours, category etc.. ; the problem is with the topics.

When i start a new topic his title it appears correctly in the main board of the forum (index.php) , but.. when I click on the title to see the topic i have as reply "Topic not found" (????).
I've tried to delete the forum and reinstall it, but had always the same problem.

What have i to do? What file have i to see and if needed to change ?

I personaly wont support version 1.0b as it is extreemly old, if you wish to use that look and feel, go for version 1.5. otherwise i recomend downloading the latest from:

fileserv.myupb.com/

Codex should have told you in the first reply that we only support the latest UPB 1 versions.  The most current UPB 1 version is 1.96 GOLD EDITION, while you installed the first version: 1.0b BETA version no less.  I recommend installing UPB 2 BETA 1.4, as it is the most current version available.

Rebles : i think the same of you about the latest version 2.0/1.4, i'm sure it is the best , but i had installation trouble like i said in another topic on this forum.

In anyway, a big congratulation to who have created this php board, one of the best free sources on the web, in my opinion it can compete against a lot of top forums based on mysql db. WELL DONE !!

I installed version 1.8 and all works fine now ( and i have more options now)
