Hmmm.......
I know Pilot's away for a few days so I'm not sure what the fix was. However you could try adding PHP Code: $result[$i]["msg"] = stripslashes($result[$i]["msg"]);
immediately after PHP Code: $result[$i]["msg"] = replacement($result[$i]["msg"]); //replaces the long list of your replacements
$result[$i]["msg"] = UPBcoding($result[$i]["msg"]); //replaces the smilie portion of your replacement list This is only for when displaying the shouts not when adding the shouts (i.e. around line 106) myUPB Developer |

no, however it is somthing id like to implement in to all muUPB forums that can be enabled/disabled in the admin panel as it is now a basic thing in most forums.

i tried installing the mod however it hasnt seemed to work and im too busy to go threw the code, i think it dosnt work as its for an older version of myUPB however like i said i thinks its almost vital now to have shouboxs in the forum as most premium ones now come with the option.

Ok peeps ive viewed the code and it needs upgrading and some changes in order to work, i dont understand tesxtDB atm so ill ask around for a bit of help and hopefully have this rolled out a.s.a.p

yup iut should work fine i was trying something else out to make it a bit diffenrt and to use for admin panel only so admins could post what needs doing, but anyway this is a custom modification that is quite good actually, any problems msg back many thanks Nightmare N i g h t m a r e
