That sounded kind of wordy Tim... Let me try to "interpret" it
The next beta version is closed. Reply here to signup for it. If you know some or a lot of PHP, that's great. We recommend not upgrading your existing UPB version with this version. We recommend testing it on your local machine (your computer), and use your data directory from your existing UPB. The new group permissions are safe to use. We're releasing this closed to work out bugs and holes in it. How is that Tim?  --Jerroyd Moore
