A bug was discovered in UPB v2.2.5 that may exist is previous versions. This bug prevented bulletin boards that met the SMTP-enabled criteria to have the bookmarking or the monitoring topic feature available.
The patch below (kudos to Jono) addresses this problem. This patch is intended for version 2.2.5. If you have an earlier version, please upgrade to version 2.2.5 before applying this patch.
