 There was some issues with the upgrade script. The script would be unable to make it past step 3. -First thing you need to do is restore the backup u made and delete config.php -Next, download this revised upgrade1.x-2.0.php -Run the new upgrade script and everything should work You will notice on one of the steps there seems to be a problem with updating avatars, this can be ignored and it is safe to proceed onto the next step.
