If the topic heading was taken and used as the page title, the SEO gains would be excellent.
If this is possible, then I think it would be a very important improvement to the board as it is incorporated into other boards already. Also, a feature whereby you can individually manage the meta tags of each forum. This should be fairly simple also. A seperate meta.php called to each forum. Pilot, he means put the title of the current page, like what you said, but in a heading meta tag. This enables search engines to grab information and list information at the top.

Well, what I meant was can we get the topic title and put it in the page title. I didn't realise that it had been done, I still have UPB1 on my forum.
Codex: The <title> tag has been done so that's good. It would be good to have set of all the meta tags for each forum created. Not sure if this is possible or not. Yea we are planning on redoing all the html on the forums, so hopfully after that it will all be alot more search engine friendly
