Hi Clark, Rebles and Jono345

Thank you for your responses... I didnt realise i had responses after the last post that i posted but i just happened to login and saw the whole thread.

So to conclude:

1. A new version of the text database system is out v4.4.4 whichi has squashed a 2 year old bug in the system...
2. is there still any front end way to edit the database files?
3. How can i upgrade from v4.4.3 to 4.4.4 ?

Many thanks

Rakesh

I never quite fully finished the front-end, and would have to think quite hard about where I saw it last - let me resurrect my WAMP virtual machine and I'll see if I can find it!

And then I randomly run into it again... In terms of a front-end, this is about all there is currently:

The old frontend that Codex wrote is still compatible with the current version.  I use it on my localhost.
