I upload it, then i go to intall it, then i get this message that comes up (can't remember what it said)

Like Rebles said, we cannot help you work out the problem until you tell us what stage you get to in the installation, and exactly what error message comes up. Tell us those and we'll try and help you out.

Well i click install.php
and a shows a message saying "Unable to continue with the installation process. "config.php" in the root upb directory MUST exist and MUST BE writable. " but where is the config.php on version 2.2.6? heres the site http://softwareforyou.110mb.com/forum/install.php British And Proud
